This is an example of how to complete the following Oral Task:

Student A: unemployed person

Student B: interviewer

A Good morning!
B Good morning! Can I please take your name?
A My name’s John.
B I’m Peter. Nice to meet you.
A You too.
B We have a vacancy in our call centre as a telephonist.
A I am currently unemployed, so I’m really interested in this job offer.
B How old are you?
A I’m 25 years old.
B Where are you from?
A I am from New Zealand.
B What’s your mobile number?
A It’s 0756 4593 0011.
B What languages do you speak?
A I speak Spanish, English and Russian.
B That’s great! What qualifications do you have?
A I have a degree in Arts History.
B Do you have any questions?
A Sure! What is this job position like?
B It is very easy, you need to answer telephone calls in Spanish and English.
A How about the salary?
B It’s around 400 euros per week.
A And what about the schedule?
B You need to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
A Excellent! It sounds perfect! When can I start?
B Please be here next Monday at 8:30 in the morning. See you next week!
A Thank you very much. See you on Monday!
